Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want every holiday to be magical for your family! While we strive for your complete satisfaction with our festive kigurumi costumes, family pajamas, and holiday accessories, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary.

Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information
